How to use this page
Find yourself
Tap your name in the list to see all the classes you teach. Start typing to filter the list quickly.
Requesting a change
On any of your classes, tap Change or Pause / Cancel. A panel slides up — fill in only what's changing and send it.
- Change my Class — new day, time, duration, or venue.
- Pause / Cancel my class — Pause (comes back automatically after the last date) or Cancel (pick the date to cancel from; the class runs as normal until then, then drops off for good).
- Add my new class — for a brand-new class you're starting. You\'ll set a first class date — the class appears on the timetable from the start of that week and is flagged New for a month.
- Register me as a new instructor — if you're not in the list yet.
What happens next
Nothing changes on the public timetable until Debs or Hala approve it. You're always sending a request, never editing the timetable directly.
