What this is

A console for Debs & Hala. Instructors raise change, cancellation, new-class and new-instructor requests on the website; you review them here and Approve or Reject. Approving applies the change straight to the Timetable.

Reviewing requests

The Requests tab lists everything instructors have sent that's waiting on you. Each one has Approve and Reject.

• Approve applies the change straight to the Timetable.
• Reject turns it down (the instructor's class is untouched).

Nothing is ever really deleted

Removing a class or instructor just flags it and hides it from view — the row stays in the sheet, and it shows in History. So a mistake is always recoverable.

The tabs

• Paused & Cancelled — everything currently paused or cancelled: paused classes (with their reinstate date) and cancelled ones (with the date they'll drop off), soonest first. Each has a Reinstate button to bring it back straight away.
• Add class / Edit / cancel — add a class straight to the Timetable (with an optional first class date — leave it blank for live now), or search for a class to change its time, instructor or venue, pause/cancel it, or remove it. Enter the address as separate fields (street, suburb, state, postcode) so nothing is typed twice; the map link is built from them automatically.
• Instructors — Add new instructor for someone new (blocks duplicate names/emails), and Manage instructors to rename (updates the Timetable too) or remove someone.
• History — a record of every approval, rejection and deletion, so you can both see what the other has done.

Every delete asks you to confirm first, so nothing happens on a stray tap.
